Day 1:
We extend a warm welcome to you, expecting your arrival around noon in Bocas del Toro. Our priority is to provide you with all the information you need, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Rest assured that we've already sent you all the necessary theoretical materials two weeks in advance, enabling you to prepare and study the theory at your own pace.
The eLearning component of your course includes the comprehensive PADI Open Water manual, which is divided into five chapters, complemented by four quizzes and a final exam. Additionally, your dive school will supply a link to PADI's instructional water videos on YouTube, with one video corresponding to each chapter. To ensure a smooth transition to the practical part of your course, we recommend completing Chapters 1-3 beforehand.
Please, don't be concerned about any uncertainties or queries you may have; we are here to provide assistance and guidance, and the dive school's expert team will be readily available to answer all your questions.
As part of your experience, your arrival is met with a warm welcome and a visit to the dive school, where we'll further acquaint you with the exciting journey ahead.
Day 2:
This morning, you will commence your dive course at the dive school. The course kicks off with an essential session on gear assembly and honing vital underwater skills, conducted at the dock. Here, students will acquire the confidence to handle their equipment adeptly and develop problem-solving abilities for underwater scenarios. A well-deserved one-hour lunch break is scheduled during the day, although lunch is not included in the package.
Following lunch, you'll set out on a boat expedition for the first and second open water dives. This exciting journey will take you to explore both a coral reef and a captivating shipwreck. Each dive begins with a focused 10-15 minutes devoted to skills practice, ensuring your readiness, followed by the sheer delight of diving and exploration.
This package encompasses two days of comprehensive PADI course instruction, providing you with the knowledge and practical experience needed to embark on your underwater adventures.
Day 3:
We conclude your training with the exhilarating open water dives 3 and 4, during which you'll descend to a depth of 18 meters, ensuring that you've fulfilled all the prerequisites necessary for your PADI Open Water certification.
In the evening, you're invited to savor the vibrant nightlife of the area, where you can unwind at one of the local bars and perhaps even join in on a celebratory dance to mark your diving achievements.
